Extreme Negative Space

For this photo i tried experimenting with the masking tool, this is how i made the sky 2 different colours, i also think that the sky contrasts with my dog as he is a Black Labrador.

For this photo, i also used the masking tool, to give the idea that the plane was bringing the darker sky across.

This photo was taken of a flower, i made sure there was lots of negative space surrounding it, i did this by taking the photo from underneath the flower.

the masking tool helped me with this photo, the subject (the car) was surrounded by different coloured skies, making it look like it was taken during sunset.

this photo was taken of the maths and science block at school, the angle makes the building and sky look really different, whilst the sky is really bright, it is complimented by the building being darker.

i used the flag as my subject to help pay my respects to the late Queen Elizabeth II, this photo was originally mostly the sky, so with some cropping, i made this photo.

this photo shows the sky and some clouds blanketing the trees, the angle shows the trees and clouds to be almost connected in some way, this photo doesnt have any filters or masks applied.

Ghirri inspired me to take the photos of flowers and animals, where as Batho inspired me do take photos of the architecture around my school, both photographers have unique work that is special to them only, and this inclined me to take photos similar to theirs.

I think my photos went well, because they are unique and no one else has the same photos, they might be similar but they aren’t the exact same.

on the other hand to improve my photos, I would try to include more negative space in my background, to fit the theme better.
